My first time doing Ultrasound in this location and they are sooo nice especially Ireena who did my ultrasound. She is very kind and polite. She is the first person in ultrasound that I did in 13 years that will talk and make you feel comfortable. I just hope I will get her again in my 19 weeks ultrasound.
Excellent clinic experience. Reception staff were very polite and offered several convenient options to book my appointment. The ultrasound specialist was professional and respectful, and my results were sent to my family doctor shortly after the visit. Everything was efficient, clean, and well-organized. Highly recommend!
We booked an appointment here urgently because there were no available spots at another ultrasound clinic. To our surprise, this place turned out to be much better than the major clinics we’ve been to. The staff are all very kind, the facility is clean, and all the equipment looks brand new! We have absolutely nothing to complain about. You guys are awesome! keep up the great work! And thank you so much for the photo of our baby - it means a lot to us!
I’ve been visiting this clinic for several ultrasound exams for many years, and each experience was incredibly positive. The ultrasound technician that I have been going to for many years is always kind, attentive to details, and always make sure I feel comfortable throughout the process.
It was super convenient to book and technician was very sweet and professional. Such a nice clinic that looks newly renovated and the staff were super friendly. I loved everything about it!
Absolutely disgraceful experience at this clinic. I booked an ultrasound appointment and clearly stated the reason for my visit. After waiting, the technician glanced at my requisition and told me she wasn’t even qualified to perform the ultrasound I needed. Then why was my appointment even booked in the first place? Incompetence at its finest—total waste of time. On top of that, the technician kept making inappropriate and unprofessional comments about my condition, which was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. Instead of showing basic professionalism, she acted like my health was some kind of casual discussion topic. And to add insult to injury, they have the nerve to charge for parking when literally every other lot in the area is free. This place is a joke. Stay far, far away
The lady at the reception that I just inquired here was very impolite. I was asking her if it is the right place to do the paps coz I think i was not in the right place. She ask me that i will do another Trans V which I had already a week ago so I refuse to sign the paper telling me to do the same procedure again. She also ask me to go to the Dr. which I thought could help me but instead she was telling me that I don’t need to ask anyone from this clinic coz it’s not their responsibility. I only wanted to know if i’m in the right place where I can do my paps but this is what I experienced today
