I did my xray and ultrasound. It was quick and very smooth. Staff was highly qualified and professional. Specially front desk Erika and Male technolgist.
I been coming to get my ultrasounds done by the same lady her names Elena she did my first born and now currently my Secound baby she’s very respectful & kind she explains to me exactly what she’s doing and what’s happening in the examination and always allows my partner to come in after to look and take photos of the baby I find her great and will continue to see her (:
Staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Super clean and organized clinic. The receptionist and technician were both very attentive and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place!
The man doing ultrasounds here is very rude! Throughout my entire pregnancy this place left me feeling upset each time, I attended with my mom and he said she couldn’t come in he would let her know when she can. Midway through the ultrasound he said it’s private and confidential that the baby is too big for him to see. Why did you tell me you would let her know when she can come in then? Especially it being her first time going with me. He also accused me of writing a past google interview and told me “I’ve seen your review thank you for that”. I hope this place gets reported and shut down. Absolutely disgusting
Unprofessional and under qualified technicians !!!! Had an appointment and still waited almost 2 hrs. The Xray technician was slow as molasses. I asked for the lead apron to cover my organs during the xray, he looked annoyed and he tossed it at me almost hitting my face. Which was rude and not appreciated. On top of that, I get a phone call saying that the ultrasound technician did not do my scan properly so I need to come back and do it again. What an inconvenience to someone’s time. I’m not coming there and waiting another 2 hours for some under qualified person to do my scans. I came in on Saturday and you’re calling me 4 days later and telling me I need to do it over again. Having to come back, do the scans a second time, and then wait for the doctor to review the scans AGAIN delays my treatment by an additional week. You guys need to hire better staff. What a horrible experience. What a shame you get paid from my ohip health card… when you can’t even preform basic healthcare services. 100000% do NOT recommend this place. There are far better imaging places to go to.
Went in today for my ultrasound. The person doing it was super super rude, to me and my boyfriend I have never experienced an ultrasound so disappointing. I was supposed to be happy to see my little one instead I left upset. Never returning and don’t come here . She didn’t even allow me to see my baby.
The lack of professionalism at this location is rediculous!! I waited over an hour for my daughter to get her X-rays taken and when I asked the receptionist how long of a wait there was she completely ignored me. After waiting some time after I asked her, another patient walked in and her (the receptionist) phone range and she walked away from the front desk to answer it!! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will never go there again!
