I had a bad experience here. I booked an x-ray appointment online. The scheduling team called, checked that I had provided the required information including doctor's requisition, and confirmed the appointment. When I went in for the appointment, the receptionist checked my details including the requisition again. She discussed the requisition with the technician, and after a while, the technician called me to the lab and performed the x-rays. On my way out of the building, the receptionist chases me down to tell me they can't find my doctor in the system and asked where my doctor is located. I tell her, then she says we can’t accept this requestion as we only accept requisition from Ontario doctor, and that’s why they could not find my doctor in the system. She tells me they will have to delete all my record including the x-rays I just had, and I’ll have to redo the x-rays when I return with an Ontario doctor’s requisition. She did not apologize for the inconvenience they had put me through or consider a fix such as we’ll hold the record for some time while you return with an Ontario doctor’s requisition, then you wouldn’t have to redo the x-rays. Instead, her attitude was like it’s not my fault, you are the one that brought this requisition. I could not believe it! Bluewater Imaging needs to do better. Fix your process and train your staff! Before you do the x-ray, preferably before you confirm an appointment, you must check that the requisition meets your requirements. Don’t wait till after the x-ray to check. And train your staff to apologize and offer solutions when you do things wrong.
The Blue Imaging at 960 Lawrence is very good with their service, especially the reception is efficient, and esprcially the ultrasound and x ray technicians are competent and give very good service. I have been coming for many years, but can I suggest to management that the X-ray room needs very needed wall repairs! There are holes in the walls! The whole office also needs a full painting and updating. I hope you can make some ispace improvements. Nina Di Trapani
Had my 8 week scan with Shazia and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. She was so calm, explained everything so politely and was very positive about everything. Even she let my husband come in once she believed everything was fine. The lady at the reception was very helpful too. Loved coming here and will continue coming. Thank you.
I went to the blue water image Lawrence West location today. I was very late for my ultrasound appointment, but Shazia understood my situations and waited for me. she was so nice and patient. I had a great experience with her. Thank you."
Had set an appointment for 10:00am. Was not able to see anyone until 10:40am. The building requires paid parking. $2.50 per half and hour. Since it was not the patients fault for the delay, I inquired if they validate parking or even a portion due to their delay and was denied. One of the doctors that facilitates the ultrasound was just hanging out in the back reception area for 5 minutes talking about what to get for lunch.
Horrible place. Feels more like a prison than an ultrasound clinic. There is no air conditioning in the hallway. The place is dirty and cramped. The technician wouldn’t let me be present for my wife’s ultrasound despite me being fully vaccinated and wearing a mask. When asked for a reason, she just shrugged. Avoid this place at all costs.
I wish Google could provide the 0 star option because this is what this place deserves. Rude receptionist and rude technicians. Took my 1yo son for an ultrasound and the lady who performed the ultrasound could not be more impatient. My son first started to cry because of the cold gel applied to his neck, then she started to complaint in her native language about my baby's behave. Not being enough, her personal hygiene and presentation was really bad. Dirty uniform and a terrible breath. I doubt that she had brushed her teeth in that particular day. Stay away from this place.
