I had a great experience at Ontario Radiology & Ultrasound at 491 Lawrence Ave W. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. Mervat was absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and very patient. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and you could tell she genuinely cared. The service was quick, organized, and done with a smile. I truly appreciate how accommodating they were. Highly recommend this place.
Today I went to do an ultrasound, the technician was not giving proper instructions and she pretended that I guessed what to do next, and when I did not guess, she was rude. I didn't feel comfortable
Really bad experience with a Indian lady who was expecting that i have to know everything. No instructions and really mean it. It was a really bad experience . I will recommend looking for an other place
My wife and I recently had our ultrasound done by Devika, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the process. For anyone going here for mammogram/ultrasound, I highly recommend you avoid if you do not want to waste your time and put your life at risk. My mother visited this clinic for a mammogram and ultrasound regarding her breast lump. The radiologist here indicated it was a cyst and requested a follow-up in 4 weeks. We came back for our follow-up and have been told it's a cyst that does not need to be concerned for, despite its increase in size; and we were told to come back 6 months later for another follow-up. A few weeks later, I had to take her to the ER for chest pain and was later diagnosed that the lump turned out to be an invasive breast cancer. Only if Carmit had accurately diagnosed her lump or at least referred her to a specialist during her initial examination, instead of meaningless follow-ups, my mother would have received her diagnosis 4 months sooner and be much earlier in her cancer staging.
Very impressed and grateful with how the clinic accommodated me at such short notice. Every precaution was taken to ensure safety with regards to COVID-19. My thanks to the staff.
I’ve been here a few times, had x-ray and ultrasound done. It’s usually easy to get an appointment within a day or so. They’re always courteous and friendly. As well, I hear from my doctor’s office that they send results through quickly and don’t usually require follow-up (with some other clinics they have to call a few times to get results). That makes a big difference in helping to make sure my care doesn’t fall through communication gaps.
