I went here for an xray, the process itself was relatively fast and straightforward. However, when answering my questions, it felt like the staff is brushing me off. Even though they were not busy.
the staff there provided very nice service and replied my question patiently and sent me the testing result quickly upon my request. great thanks for them!
I had such a wonderful experience at this ultrasound clinic! Joie and Jenny made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They were warm, friendly, and super helpful. A big thank you to Michael, the ultrasound specialist—he was incredibly patient, and professional. I truly appreciated the care and attention from the whole team. Highly recommend this clinic!
Simple X-ray, average waiting time, obtained DVD and even got asked if I had a coupon (which was nice). Only issue is that in the changing booth people are coming and going frequently.
I had an Ectopic pregnancy late 2019 and the Russian lady who assisted me with my ultrasounds was incredibly unprofessional, kept telling me I wasn't pregnant and sent me home while I was internally bleeding in that moment, even the employees at the pharmacy who saw me struggling and saw me almost pass out ignored me, had I not gone home and called for help myself I wouldn't have made it. I recommend going anywhere else
I love having my ultrasound with Tatiana. She is very nice and she keeps updating you with what she is looking in the screen. I wish her working hours is in the evening and weekends.
Had an appointment for bone density scan, the radiologist kept on serving people that came after me without an appointment just because the radiologist wanted to finish patients who came for x-ray first. Waited over an hour then left. Will never go there again.
