I was a bit apprehensive about coming here but it was worth it. Plus parking is free. The receptionist had a lot going on but she handled herself well. I was very impressed with her control to not yell at all those walk-ins and the phone ringing non-stop. My mom had an x-ray done on her knee by a Peter Chan. Wow! He was so pleasant. A very jovial soul. He put my mom and myself at ease. I did have to assist him because my mom had a stroke and she couldn't turn her body voluntarily so he got me covered up in some protective gears and directed me in what to do. Overall, he made our day so pleasant. Ask for him if you have to get an X-ray.
Last Monday my doctor suggested me to go here to do ultrasound for my liver because he said he knows that they accept walk-ins and send report fast. There were few people waiting so I tried my luck as a walk-in and waited about 30-40minutes. Overall experience went very satisfying. When I contacted my doctor's clinic they said they received the report already so I'm glad to recommend this diagnostic centre.
This review is long overdue! I was visiting friends and family in Toronto and ended up with a medical emergency that landed me in Jane Wilson Diagnostic Imaging Services! I was late for my appointment and the staff were not only kind and accommodating, but also very helpful about explaining the process and what to expect. I left the clinic feeling very well received and accommodated. I have already shared my great experience with all my friends and relatives in Toronto.

I give no star for this place. The technician Natalia is unprofessional, cold and unfriendly staff.I have the worst experience of my life in this medical office. They must have write there own review for 5 stars. Do not come to this place, run for your life. Do not believe whatever they wrote on their website, it the opposite.
