Had a very positive experience at this ultrasound clinic for a second trimester pregnancy ultrasound. Friendly staff & technicians, and they gave me chocolate to help "wake up" the baby (which was so appreciated!) and a cute photo frame and print out of my ultrasound! My spouse was allowed in towards the end of the appointment, I recommend you check rules on that ahead of time.
They said free parking. I asked the receptionist and said go validated in the lobby. In the lobby I saw just the pay machine. They must make it clearer
I had a great experience at Ontario Imaging Diagnostics OID at 20 Wynford Drive. The staff were friendly and professional, making the process smooth and efficient. I walked in for an X-ray, and the service was quick, with minimal wait time. The clinic is clean, modern, and easy to access with plenty of parking available. The staff made sure I felt comfortable during the procedure. I would highly recommend this location for any diagnostic imaging needs.

I have had ultrasound done here before and at that time my technician was Razia and she was friendly and professional. Today (Oct 16, 2024), I was there for Ultrasound again, the receptionist was friendly but the ultrasound tech I had was not at all friendly. She did not introduce herself. I used bathroom in the interval of the session, I came back and I complimented how clean the bathroom was, she didn't even look at me nor utter a word. I know she is there to do her job, but a little hello and thanks makes the visit a bit better. Sadly, I have given this place 3 stars due to the tech
When I walked in I was greeted with a smile, which these days is not usual anymore. Karen took care of the registration process very efficiently. All staff members are very friendly and everything went very smoothly.
