I had a wonderful experience with Rana for abdominal ultrasound. She was so kind and informative about everything. No waiting time, spotless hygiene and polite staff. Way better than the one at 20 Wynford Drive, where the technician was rude and complacent. Highly recommended!!
I always enjoy coming here for my ultrasound appointments. The entire team from reception to the clinicians creates such a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Everyone is kind, attentive, and makes the experience feel special as it is.

I was a bit scared because of the bad reviews. However, I might have had the best experience getting an ultrasound. Rana was kind and made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. I now want to get all my ultrasounds here!
With my first ultrasound here I got an absolute angle she was a Asian woman, and I was expecting the same kind of treatment (compassion and kindness) in the second round I got a tech that was a nightmare and she seemed a nightmare to her colleagues as well, she was so rude and so mean, she made me cry I was already very sad and scared as it was my first pregnancy and I couldn’t have my husband with me, I kept my phone on myself and she literally grabbed it from my hand and put it away, this dumb b also had the audacity to write in my report that I was angry and upset to which my gyno laughed saying I can imagine what you went through, anyways I told her I liked my previous tech and she was a bit lenient, after hearing this she goes out to the front desk and tells the receptionist to check who the tech was at that time of my ultrasound, she was literally a snitch to her own co workers, she was a European lady late age, I cannot express that anger I still carry.
I had an ultrasound once at the Toronto location (Spadina- Bloor location) . I was treated kindly and I had a very good experience . Darya was my technician and she was very knowledgeable and very understanding. She was happy for me and my husbands baby and happily pointed at the baby parts and broke it down for us . Very nice experience .
Have had to deal with ill tempered lady at the front desk, first thing in the morning... Was late by 7 minutes... And the way she reacted is totally absurd... I m here with my wife for our ultrasound... Our first baby... And she wouldn't even allow me to be with her during the scan... Very unpleasant...
