Incredibly kind staff and x ray technician! Was also extremely lucky to meet / see Dr Fenton who helped communicate my diagnosis. Would recommend it here!!!
Male ultrasound tech was annoying, pushy, and rushed me. He also asked me questions that have nothing to do with the scan, that only a licensed doctor should be asking me. Your job is not to figure out my medical problem through symptoms, your job is to do the ultrasound/scan and forward it to my family doctor. Didn't appreciate the rushing either. Everything is outdated, the machinery, the gowns are old and stained, the washroom didn't even have properly functioning door locks, just a bad experience over all. The only nice people were the front desk receptionist and the male X ray tech. But the ultrasound male tech should be fired.
I am so appriciate of the staff's warmth and kindness. In 2020, I had the first baby in Pandamic, and I lived far from my parents, too. When I went to unltrasound, she made me feel warm, not lonely. The doctor is also kind and good. May God bless them!
I asked them to give a copy of my X-ray image, I was told that you have to come in person and pay $5 and we will give it to you on a CD! Can you believe on CD!!! This is 2023, when was the last time you saw a CD?!!!!! Front desk told me not everyone has internet!!!! Imagine that people don't have internet but they use CD!!!!! lol . So outdated!!!!
Great place to get your imaging tests done. Waited about 15 mins and was out in 20 mins. Both X-Ray Technician and Receptionist were great to deal with. Will definitely return if needed. Highly recommended.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE TO SEE YOUR BABY IN ULTRASOUND No empathy to the first time parents who are expecting to experience a miracle. The receptionist was great very nice and welcoming lady, but the ultrasound technician was very inconsiderate and cold. She didn't let me in the room with my wife first. Later, she called me in but I, as the father of the baby, was allowed to be there for one single minute and that was it. I did not have a chance to properly take a photo or the video of the screen because the technician rushed everything and stopped showing the baby after a minute. I could not even find a proper spot to see the screen and I was behind the technician the whole time trying to see the screen. We were also hoping to hear our baby’s heartbeat for the first time and she said "no it's not their policy for me to see the screen or hear anything". I was really hoping to hear my baby heartbeat but I couldn’t. Our first experience was terrible.
Receptionists are extremely nice and helpful. The male Ultrasound tech, who works on Saturdays, is very kind, caring, and makes sure you have great experience.
